Currently, we are shipping only to the Continental United States. (Flat rate: $5.99) Please contact customer service for all international inquiries.

Returns

We recommend that customers inspect orders for accuracy within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please keep all original packaging while processing a return or exchange. We will gladly provide a refund if the product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returned items that have been used.

To return or exchange item(s) purchased through getaverley.com, item(s) must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.  Please submit a customer service inquiry if you wish to make a return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning product(s) to us.
